All Good Things Must Come to an End

Just Don't Tell Henry That.... Henry was having a fine time in Boca, thank you very much!

But mean old mom and dad decided that it was time to leave.

Henry thought he would get into the golf cart instead of the car

And, everyone knows, if a dog doesn't look at you, he's invisible

Still not looking at you, mom and dad...

Well, the sibs had fun.

Sigh............

Pelican Island

White Pelicans choose the most beautiful places on earth to live..

Putting their heads together, they agree. This is it!

 The Anhinga agree too.

The White Pelicans have their own island, and I was lucky enough to have a friend to take me to see it.....one of the Eagle trio from last year.

The island is protected. White pelicans are so smart, they probably read human.

 Oops, Got an itch here..

 Almost got it ...

 No, here it is...ahhh

 Incoming!

 We have a talker here..

 Hangin' on the Island.

Henry and Freddy : Boca Photo Shoot

 Preparing for today's photo shoot

Hey, give us a little privacy, won't you?

First stop, on the way to Whidden's....Henry is MIA, inspecting under the cart, raccoons had been in the area...

Whidden's was a no go today- too many dogs and kids...watch for Whidden's in  the sequel.

 OK, Henry's getting into character.

The beautiful Gasparilla Inn. Verrrry private Golf course. This is where the Bushes used to stay. I think these two fit right in.

Really difficult to photograph. Banyan Street. Home to countless weddings and photo shoots.

 Yep. They've about had it

Pedestrian crossing. Just in case Brad doesn't get it.

 Smiling boy!

Are They or Aren't They ?

Eagles all over Florida have babies in their nests by now

The question is: Do our GIBA Eagles have a baby?

They're living here at the nest, at least part time

And, they've brought in nesting materials, and on this day,  this one brought a fish into the nest.

Here is the inner eyelid, above

No Ospreys pestering the Eagle. For now.
