Ya got your good news and ya got your bad.....

Finally! Suture removal day for poor long suffering Freddy.
Well. The good news is the sutures look great. Removal went fine.
The inner Tube is history!

The bad news is: the noise we heard the day he returned was the sound of tissues pulling from the bone.
Plate is still good. Screws are still in place. But the tissues are somewhere, I don't know where, and the risk for infection is greater.  The chances are now higher that the plate will have to be surgically removed. That would mean, yes , another surgery.
Otherwise his recuperation is going great! If this hadn't happened, he would be ahead of schedule, recuperation-wise.
And hey, no inner Tube.
