The Bad, The Ugly, and some Good

That Bull Elk I have been photographing? That Magnificent Beast?
Some moron with a bow and arrow came in this neighborhood, and illegally shot him.  He has been seen, with an arrow between his shoulder blades.

But last night all was eerily quiet here....no bugling, none of the normal sounds of the elk. Just a stray bird here and there
The only bright spot in this mess is that someone locally has hired a tracker.  24 hours, though, and still no Elk.

    i hope that when they catch the a** who shot the arrow, they'll hold him down so he can get thoroughly soaked by the elk.

    I am so crying right now I can't see...WTF???
    I agree the ass should be held down, sprayed but the big stud Elkster and then have someone put an arrow between his shoulder blades and let him thrash around. So so so mad.
