Waiting for the Spring Breakers

We're getting all stocked up for the visit of my sister, Ms. Blogopause, and her family.

Connie, or as she has also variously been known:

Piglet, Phoebe-Pinch-a-bottom, Racoon, Coon, GoAWAYNoONEisHOME, Coonie Baboonie, Mommmmaaahhhhhh, Ms. Blogopause,

and her intrepid fam are making the trip all the wayyyaaaaaa from LA to Boca. You practically can't get here from there.

Fun at the Boca Grande Dog Park

Finally, finally, finally.
Back at possibly the best Dog Park in the Universe.
Where else do you have the Gulf of Mexico with a beautiful sandy beach, AND a lagoon, AND a ball field all rolled up into one place?
The new BFF this year is a mix named Charlie. For some reason he kept his leash on yesterday. Humans, what can ya say?

Somehow, everyone got tangled up in that leash

See that sandy pile back there? Sometimes there is old smelly lawn clippings, or even better, decomposing old dead fish. SOME DOGS (especially Labs) love to go roll in the smelly nasty stuff.

Really, could life possibly get any better?
