Fred's dad goes for a 6 hour walk (without Fred)

It's OK though. Fred got chased around a picnic table 150 times by a little tart named Sophie.
He almost turned to butter, then they went and lolled around in the river, and then rolled in the dust.
Good times!

A little piece of Paradise!

Fred is mighty relieved that he did not have to go on a 6 mile hike today...and half of that is uphill!
Whew! Dodged that bullet.

View from the second floor

Family Room

24 hours on the road, and we finally made it!
Wow...it's a lovely place, much more local in style than last year's awesome house.
The owner tells me Adam West* used to own this place.  (Quick! Who is Adam West???) I think the new owners did a complete renovation a few years ago.
Here are some of the lovely rooms.. I'm gonna make the bathrooms a post of their own because they are so cool!
Living Room, great two story view to the mountains

There's a lotta sky out here

Chuggin along.........

BIG ol' Boulders.

A lot of patriotism

RUNZAS. THEY DO EXIST!!!

Today was a whole bunch of Nebraska and a fair to middlin' amount of Wyoming.
Fortunately Fred's dad was able to manage to keep the car from suffering any more indignities.
There was Abe Lincoln.

There was a red lake..
There was. Auntie Em. There was!

Now you go feed those hogs before they worry themselves into anemia!
