There are pet friendly hotels, like the HI Laramie, and then the Pets Barely Tolerated in the Dungeon hotels, like The Ogden Marriott.

This is actually better than the first room offered, across from icemaker, maids headquarters, and with street vendors outside the window.
So far I've found an earwig in the room service menu and some tick like bug in the tub. Ah! the Wild Wild West!

It was absolutely cool, in an "I love my walker with wheels" kind of way....I can say that , having been part of the Walker Brigade.   People, with voices of angels, and your regular Joe  come here and sing all day long.   Just caught the end part. Guess we get it twice.

Oh, what a terrible week  it's been!
Freddy woke up on Monday feeling very very ill.
This is the bag of "foreign body" that was delivered to me post-surgery.

Freddy had to go to the hospital, where he had many xrays, an ultrasound,  barium administration, 4 days and nights in the ICU, and surgery to remove  this little gem from his small intestine. Kongs evidently do not show up on xray or ultrasound......
$$$$$$$$ 

When we got home, he was too terrorized too get out of the car, because, look what happened last time he got out of  the car.

Uggggg. Feeling a bit under the weather since the surgeon had to check every inch of Labrador digestive tract.
The incision is as long as the shaved area.

Finally. Some peace  and quiet.
